Is the Rockstock Store the official vendor of music memorabilia for the Des Plaines Theatre and the Arcada Theatre?
Yes. We’re also the official music memorabilia store for Club Arcada and all Onesti Entertainment brands.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my purchase, do you have a returns policy?
Yes, you are welcome to return the music memorabilia, rock merch, or concert swag you purchased from us within 14 days of receiving it, including concert posters and concert t-shirts.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer flat rate shipping and local pickup from our theatres in St. Charles, IL, and Des Plaines, IL. A member of our team will call you to schedule a pick-up time.
